Hard to believe that we are less than one week away from February. Crazy isn't it.  Have you got all of your cards made for those special someones or someone?  We don't usually do anything around here for Valentine's Day, but I do go out and buy myself a little bit of chocolate.  Yum, yum!

Time for another Show Me Thursday. We are already half way through January and before you know it, we'll be celebrating Valentine's Day!  Unbelievable isn't it. I hear that right many of you are having some snow.  I know that Judy, one of my DT members in Washington has been getting pounded with snow.

I for one, am glad that we are not getting any.  Phew!  Watch. . . as soon as I say that, we'll get some.

Well, it's hard to believe that Christmas was just a little over 2 weeks away and we are in to the second week of January 2012.  Where did the time go?  It certainly does go quickly, doesn't it.
I hope that you are having a great week and a fabulous 2012 so far.  It's going to be a great year!  Don't you think?

Happy New Year!!!!!!!

I'm sure hoping that you all had a FABULOUS Christmas holiday and a very Happy New Year.

We sure did here, except for being a little under the weather, it was very relaxing.  I am now the proud owner of an iPad and I'm just loving it.  Still getting used to it, but it sure is a lot of fun and I find it very useful.  Holding my recipes, my to do lists along with many, many other things.  I just LOVE IT!

I sure did enjoy having the two weeks off.  It was great to spend time doing absolutely NOTHING! Enjoyed spending time with the boys and my entire family is coming this weekend.  No cooking though, I'm doing pizza, veggies and dip.  Easy as pie.  Just what I like.  Can't wait to see them all. . . .especially my Great niece & nephew!

Merry Christmas!
Hard to believe that in just 3 days, it is going to be Christmas morning and in in another 11 days, we will be into another year.  Lordie. . . .2012!  Who would've ever thought!  Wow!  Boy, does time ever fly.  Soon, we will be putting everything together for our tax accountant and getting ready for spring cleaning.  It will be here sooner than you think.  Hate to ruin it for you.......but first I need to get all those decorations down and put away.  Can't wait.  Isn't that terrible.  I just like NORMALCY!
Ok. . . .onto something more fun.  I think I just depressed myself a little.  hee hee.

Since it's Christmas, and with only 10 days left in the year, I thought that I'd take the week off.  Imagine that. Not a lot of time. . . .just so that if I don't feel like doing anything then I don't have to make excuses.  I like to start the new year out fresh, so this next week and a half, I'll be dejunking, reorganizing, taking down the Christmas decorations and getting ready for a brand new year.  That's why, I'll be running the SHOW ME THURSDAY for 2 WHOLE weeks!

I haven't been doing much drawing lately.  Just haven't felt motivated. Isn't that terrible!  So I thought that I would show you some photos of my Sassy Christmas decorations. LOL

We have mostly all handmade ornaments on our tree and ones from my childhood.  I made most of the ones that you see. . . .a LONG time ago, when I used to sew and quilt.  The last two are snowmen from a few years ago from my licensing with Linda McDonald.  Thought you'd like a sneak peek since I've been getting emails about sharing my "LOVE" of Christmas decorating.

SHOW Me #55

Only 10 days until Christmas.  It's really coming, isn't it!  There's no stopping it now.  It's beginning to feel more like Christmas with it getting a little colder.  I like it though.  But right after Christmas, I'd like for it to get warm again. Think that will happen?  I'd say NO!  UGH!

Have you gotten everything ready for Christmas?  Is your tree all decorated?  Wreath on the door?  Lights on the house?  I only did wreaths on the windows this year with a spotlight.  I haven't been able to find a new wreath for the front door, so that may not happen this year.  Oh well.  That's life.

Only 17 more days until Christmas.  My, oh my, where did 2011 go?  Sorry the post is a little late.  We were out of town and I wasn't able to finish the post and the random winner until I got home this morning.

Well, here's a little something that I've been working on.  I started him a couple of weeks ago.  You all know, I LOVE me some snowmen, but I have been SO busy since Thanksgiving that I haven't had much time to do any drawing.  I miss it!
He's still in the sketching phase, as I haven't quite gotten him the way I want him/her.  Pants?  No pants?  Jacket?  No jacket?  I just keep going back and forth.  Oh the joys of being an artist.  But, Oh how I love it!!!!!!!!!  Creating images for you to use gives me such pleasure.
